I have to say that I found WPI to be extremely professional and responsive. The quality of their work was good, if not exactly what I wanted. But that could be put down to communication and the fact that at the time I didn't know precisely what I wanted from the site! They delivered the project on schedule and so far the support has been good. On the whole I would have no problem recommending WPI based on the work they have done for me which was constructing a blog site. The main thing when dealing with WPI was that they were always good to their word, when you asked them to do something or they said they were going to do it by such & such a time they did. They would also send messages quite regularly asking me to review the work they had done so far & letting me know their progress! If you are the client you don't want to be chasing all the time or wondering what is going on, which has been my experience in the past, but definitely not on this occassion!
